Unit 13 — Communicating analyses and consulting
Wednesday 25 November 2026, 12:30–16:00
Ask questions that reveal the design, trace a conclusion to its calculations, and defend a project analysis and follow-up experiment. Four groups of three; essential teaching takes place in class.
No extra preparation beyond Week 12 follow-up. Bring the current project report, main figure, results paragraph and required inputs, or bring your saved analysis plan and descriptive evidence if fitting is incomplete.

All consulting messages are simulated classroom correspondence. The relay uses deliberately flawed source and a separate small synthetic dataset; instructor repairs are kept private. Review your actual project’s design and evidence afterward.
Complete final preparation in 1–2 hours total. Use the recap, preparation slides, and the group’s action list. Suggested outputs are a 3–5-page narrative report with reproducible inputs and an eight-minute presentation plus five minutes of questions. These are educational proposals, not settled examination requirements. Project presentations are on Wednesday 2 December, 12:30–16:00.
