Designing Experiments and Analysing Research Data
Course materials
Welcome
Designing Experiments and Analysing Research Data introduces the key ideas and practical tools needed to design good experiments and make sense of the data they produce. Using examples from animal and veterinary science, the course connects experimental design, statistical modelling, and reproducible analysis in R.
Classes normally meet on Wednesdays from 12:30 to 16:00 in room 8846-3305. The course uses a flipped-classroom format: preparation takes place before class so that class time can focus on discussion, practical reasoning, and hands-on activities.
