R and reproducible analysis

The course makes substantial use of R and Quarto. Setup instructions and the expected working environment will be provided here before they are needed.

Project cases and data

The group projects page provides four ANIVET-inspired cases, CSVs, data dictionaries, source notes and import/inspection starters in one complete Posit Cloud folder. Groups choose and justify their analysis plan before fitting. All observations are synthetic teaching data. The group project starts with week 42 revision and scoping and develops through supported workshops in Units 10–13.
