Translating design structure into model formulae and introducing GLMs

Students will connect research questions, variables, and treatment structures to statistical model formulae and begin working with generalised linear models.

Before class

Preparation on response distributions, predictors, model formulae, and GLMs will be added here. ## In class Students will translate study descriptions into model formulae and fit introductory models in R. ## After class Practice interpreting fitted models and preparing for hierarchical data will be added here.
